The Grainfather setup looks dialed in, and I respect the DIY grain mill solution. Cordless drill engineering at its finest.

Haha the grainfather is definitely solid as far a precision of tempersture and timing of the stages go. Tinkering with the recipe to try and make the best ipa is a fun challenge. The grain mill system may not be fancy but it gets the job done!
