I swear that every time I visit the Mi (Xiaomi) store, there's always something I end up bringing home, haha. Their products are just so good and relatively affordable that they always make me want to buy them. Of course, I have to control myself by limiting my expenses according to my budget so I don't go broke, LOL. I also try to avoid going to the shop too often to resist the temptation to buy something.
Just this year alone, I've visited their store and bought four items. So far, I've got the air purifier, smart scent diffuser, lint remover, and my latest purchase—the mini vacuum.
It was a boring Sunday, so I decided to go to the mall for lunch. After walking around for a while, I found myself wandering into the Xiaomi store and testing out their samples. What I realized about their products is that they take everyday home items and elevate their design, functionality, and affordability. This kind of product design really sells, even if you already have similar items at home. They're just so good at giving you a reason to buy them, and they do it by letting you experience the products through their mock-ups. In fact, the salespeople don’t even need to say much because most of the products are so user-friendly and convincing that a sales pitch isn't necessary.
As I mentioned earlier, I bought the mini vacuum, and I want to share my unboxing experience with you. So, here we go!
According to the manual, the mini vacuum has two modes: standard mode and strong mode. The standard mode provides a battery life of 30 minutes, while the strong mode lasts only 9 minutes.
I tested both modes, and the standard mode is good enough to sweep dust off my desk. The strong mode, on the other hand, is so powerful that it can even collect small stones during vacuuming.
Final thoughts: I like keeping everything in good condition, including the plastic bag, box, and every part of the packaging, for simple reasons. The first reason is for exchanges or warranty claims in case something is faulty. The other reason is for reselling, in case I no longer like the product or if I find a better one :)!
Overall, Xiaomi continues to impress me with its well-designed and affordable products that effortlessly enhance everyday living. The mini vacuum is yet another great addition to my collection, proving to be both powerful and practical. I’m excited to see what other awesome gadgets Xiaomi has in store for me next!
