RE: Craving for Creamy Carbonara Buldak: A Bowl of Noodles, a Flood of Memories, and the Unexpected Comfort of Spicy Food

in Eating Out20 days ago

So with the amount of toppings, it can be enjoyed by two person na? And i'm curious, can I just prep it as what's on the buldak pack and without those toppings and the milk? Or is that can actually help reduce the spiciness? It looks super spicy base on the color of tge buldak sauce. I've been curious on that particular noodles coz lots of vlogger na ata ang nakapag try nyan. And they all look like they are enjoying it. Di ba sya maumay? I remember that creamy noodles ng nissin, bilis ko maumay. Baka mas maumay ako jan? Owemjiii! Haha. But I really want to try it 🤤🤤

Yes, actually this 'Buldak' with the amount of toppings can be enjoyed by two person already. Busog talaga kami ng sister ko after that.

You can also eat this Buldak as it is, like if you don't like additional toppings, or you're not a fan of cheesy mixtures, then Buldak alone can be eaten without all of the stuff I added.

On the other hand, I believed that adding milk and cheese can lessen the amount of spiciness. I remembered the time when I first tried eating Buldak as what I have mentioned on this blog. At that time kasi, there's no milk at all in my mixture so i can feel the spiciness of the food. However, when I tried it with a milk, the spiciness become tolerable.

When it comes to umay naman, well I believe that's the purpose of the toppings and seaweeds as well. It balances the Buldak mixture para hindi lang ayon ang kinakain mo the entire time. You can also try different toppings as well not just the egg itself or the meat loaf. Anything will do base on your preference. It's really just how you'll play with it and on where you're comfortable at.

You should definitely try it. Share with us also about your experience once you're done through a blog AHHAHAHA.
