Hello, BEER friends!
I'm motivated to participate in this initiative because I'm a huge beer fan.
I'd love to tell you the story of Cristal beer, Cuba's favorite, but that's a short post; the story is quite long. This is a strong beer, and one of the people who promoted it was the popular singer Paulo FG, who recently died.
Rosita Fornés also promoted it with an ad featuring a flying saucer, as if Martians had arrived in Havana. The truth is, it's a beer that lives up to its name, Cristal.
My reason for being with beer is that I like any meal with beer. I even say that the breakfast of champions is pizza with beer.
But tonight was spectacular, a night with friends, with good music. We sang songs by Alí Primera, Víctor Jara, Silvio, and Pablo. All accompanied by roast pork, good rice and beans, and everything else that shouldn't be missing from a Cuban table when there's a party or a get-together with friends.
I wanted to show the beer that I could handle it, but no way, after 13, 15, or 17—I can't remember how many because I was so drunk—I realized it could handle me.
The best thing is that with friends and a few beers, the strength doesn't matter; the quality of the drink prevails, and, as I already told you: Cuba's favorite is Cristal.
If you live in our country or visit it, be sure to have a few Cristals.

Hola amigos de BEER
Me motivo a participar en esta iniciativa, pues yo soy total fans de la cerveza.
Me encantaría contarle la historia de la cerveza Cristal, la preferida de Cuba, pero es un post pequeño, la historia es bastante grande. Esta es una cerveza fuerte, uno de los que la promocionó fue el popular cantante Paulo FG, quien perdiera la vida hace poco.
También la promocionó Rosita Fornés, con anuncio de un platillo volador, como si los marcianos hubieran llegado a La Habana. Lo cierto es que es una cerveza que rinde honor a su nombre, Cristal.
MI razón de ser con la cerveza es que me gusta cualquier comida con cerveza, incluso digo que el desayuno de campeones es una pizza con cerveza.
Pero esta noche fue espectacular, una noche de amigos, con buena música, cantamos canciones de Alí Primera, Víctor Jara, Silvio, Pablo. Todo acompañado de carne de cerdo asada, un buen arroz con frijoles y todo lo demás que no debe faltar en una mesa cubana cuando hay fiesta o reunión con amigos.
Yo quería demostrarle a la cerveza que yo podía con ella, pero que va, después de 13, 15 o 17, no recuerdo la cantidad debido a mi embriaguez, me di cuenta que ella podía conmigo.
Lo más bonito es que entre amigos y unas cuantas cervezas, la fuerza no importa, se impone la calidad de la bebida y, como ya les dije: la preferida de Cuba es la Cristal.
Si vive en nuestro país o lo visita, no deje de tomarse unas cuantas Cristales.

Él goza de la cerveza como si tomara agua. Ya lo dice Mojinos escozíos, un grupo musical español a quien seguimos muchos, el agua es para los peces…
