What would you do, when you realise that a lot of mixed yoghurt on the shelf, despite they mention how natural they are, actually has some artificial flavouring or additional sugar?
Knowing my elderly parents, especially my mom, now has very sensitive stomach lining but in recovery, anything that is superficially added is best to be avoided.

Recently I have started visiting my nearby grocer at my office area just to find some soft overly ripe fruits so that my mom would be able to take some soft fibre fruits (instead of blend), but due to overly ripped fruits, especially her favourite mangoes, the sugar level is truly to the roof, and though for short period of time it won't be that obvious, however if taken for a long time, pre-diabetes could be an alarming sign because my mom is unable to do any straining / cardio exercise due to her secular aneurysm outside the heart.

So in order to help her to enjoy both good probiotic food like live cultured Greek yoghurt by lessening its sourness, these overripen mangoes will be of really great service; not to mention a great way to reduce landfill too!
Most importantly is both my parents loved this new mix and they are now less cringing taking yoghurt. 😁
How about you?
Do you prefer plain yoghurt with its tangy flavour?
Or do you just go straight to the stores and grab it.
So far, because locally formed yoghurt is cheaper and overly ripe fruit are at least 50% discounted, a proper yummy "flavoured" yoghurt with real wholefood is definitely worth the investment.
Until Then
