It’s been sooo long since my last post! 😅
So today, I want to share one of my all-time favorite recipes—something I make often and truly I love this.
Honestly, I had no idea what to name it at first, but I decided to go with...
"Wholesome layers of oats, blueberry, and dreamy cream" 💙 (cute, right? hehe)
This dish is perfect for breakfast, especially for those who are health-conscious or currently watching their diet. It's delicious, easy to make, and the best part—you don’t have to wake up early to prepare it!
Great for busy mornings when you still want a nutritious, satisfying start to your day.
I make this so often because I just love how well the flavors go together. The natural sweetness from the fruit, the creamy softness, and the crunch of the oats—so refreshing and delicious!
I really wanted to share this idea in case anyone wants to give it a try. And don’t worry, you don’t have to follow my ingredients exactly—feel free to swap in whatever fruits you have in your fridge. It’s super flexible!

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons of yogurt
- 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- Blueberries, as desired
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Steps for cooking :
Step 1 : I Add 4 tablespoons of oats into a bowl.

Step 2 : After that I Follow with 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and mix it with the oats, But you can add more if you like the rich, salty flavor.
Step 3 : And then I Pour in 6 tablespoons of yogurt and stir well to combine.
Step 4 : Add 2 tablespoon of peanut butter for extra creaminess and flavor.
Step 5 :Add blueberries according to your preference.
Step 6 : Add rosemary and pistachios to enhance the aroma. Then, place it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
At morning scoop it on a plate to have a yummy breakfast. I mean, this is so yummy! For a sweeter dish, add more honey on top 🍯.
