My (paw)rents teased me to stay home to guard their riches, and they will take a trip. They have never left the house for the neighbor's parties without me. Do you think they will leave me alone for a drive to the next town, or to the capital?
Aha! Just as I thought. Mommy even packed my stuff first before hers.😅
Anyway, after a detour (visiting grandpa in another town and spending over an hour with him), we went on our way, taking the winding highway, with Dada in the driver's seat, me on my travel bed (we brought two of my fave blankets), and well, mommy just beside me on the passenger's seat.

Halfway through the trip, we pulled over at a restaurant for a meal. They had a Pomeranian fur baby, and I growled at him a couple of times when he passed us, and I stayed alert, making sure he wouldn't come close😅
Our plates came after a while. Spare ribs with beans and carrots. Yummy-licious! Yep, I had a taste of them, but I got distracted by the Pom.
We left the food place with a takeaway (Mommy couldn't finish her plate). I should have helped her instead of focusing on the four-legged baby 😂 Anyhow, traffic made us stop near the Police Headquarters, allowing Mom to enjoy a leg-up (on the dashboard) and me to observe the immediate vicinity.

I got tired somewhere along the way, forcing me to take a nap. Oh well, no surprise there. It's not the first time. I'm a sleepy head after all😂
When I awoke, we had already arrived, and someone gave Dada a healthy snack. Here's me enjoying a few bites of it. Juicy and tasty. Although Mom took it away, saying she needed to peel it and remove the seeds first.
That was Mom being Mom, and there wasn't much I could do. We stayed at the stock house for a few hours. I met a few pals, some uncles, and pretty aunts, and beautiful young ladies, but the story will be for another day.😁
