Hello Hive family and BBH Project!
I just wanted to check in with everybody on this beautiful Friday afternoon. I had a wild and challenging week and it's great that the weekend is here.
This is a 3-day weekend for us and I'm looking forward to building some garden beds. I had to get some lumber and I'm glad that I did but I'm currently stuck in traffic.
One thing that I really hate about being stuck in traffic is I feel I'm losing productivity. Right now my air conditioner is just on full blast because it's hot outside and I am focused on my project.
Downtime can be good. I'm using this time to really think about what I'm going to do to plant and make my garden beds. In the picture you can see the wood that I'm going to use toIn the picture you can see the wood that I'm going to use to build. These are 8x8x2 boards and I also got some blocks to link everything together.
This year we're going to be planning squash, cucumber, carrots, corn and lettuce. Where I live we have three distinct planting and harvesting seasons which is pretty rare. We don't have any shortage of sunlight in my state so it's a pretty good deal.
