A good place to start is to find a Cooper's kits somewhere near you. https://www.cooperskits.ca/products/european-lager-coopers-beer-kit They are available everywhere.

It is a can of malt and light hops you boil into a big pot and add a kilo of corn sugar (dextrose) and add the packet of brewers yeast included. Find yourself a carboy or fermentation.
https://www.northernbrewer.com/collections/carboys-jugs/products/5-gallon-secondary-glass-fermenter-kit again, should be globally available.

Then you need some bottles.
