Breast Cancer: Early features

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in females. Many risk factors (genetic, environmental, lifestyle, etc) have been identified. Despite the availability of advanced treatment options, early detection is the utmost priority. Let us remind ourselves of some common features at the early stage of breast cancer:

Without any symptoms
Lump/mass in the breast
Skin dimpling
Inverted nipple (recent onset)- not always present
Bloody discharge
Lumps/masses in the armpits
Breast size/shape change, even without a lump/mass

Besides clinical examination by an expert, mammography, ultrasound, and sometimes an MRI are required to detect breast cancer at the earliest!
