Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice:

Ingredients: half an onion or an equal amount of shallots, spring onions, 5 garlics, 2 eggs, 1.5-2 cups of rice (preferably leftover rice for dryness), soy sauce, hyperconcentrated chicken stock (optional), oyster sauce (optional), 1 teaspoon of msg.

First Dice the onions and garlic, and chop up the spring onion. Take the green part out and some oil in ur pan at high heat. Stir fry, while tossing ur pan mix ur eggs and add chicken stock to ur rice and mix that too. Once the onions are someone transparent, add eggs and once the eggs are abt half cooked add the rice. Keep tossing and make sure to punch the rice with whatever tool you have to make it loose. Towards the end, add soy sauce, msg, and oyster sauce (if u can, try to add liquids around the edges of ur pan so it doesn't burn), once it looks done take it out and add the green part of the spring onion. You can probably add ham or something but this tastes good enough already. Also use a wok and a gas stove if u have access to those.

i have no idea how they do that
