I exercise daily, BUT, BUT I think it's fair to give myself a treat like this
While these products are high in calories, it is also true that increasing exercise helps burn them.
So buying something like this and taking it home to enjoy in a moderate way is feasible, I think that excesses are the trigger, eating what we want and increasing exercise is recommended, well it is what I do and it works for me... I wish you a happy day.
