First a fine fondue and after a dessert Kaiserschmarrn. A fondue is originally Swiss cheese, dipped with bread cubes, to be eaten slowly and socially. Here, in addition to garlic, mushrooms are also mixed in.
A Kaiserschmarrn is a traditional Austrian dessert made from a light fluffy pancake, tipically served warm. I loved, it was very delicious with raisins. I can't decide which was better, both :) perfect in this time.
