That sounds absolutely delicious! The way you marinate the chicken in buttermilk brine and use a seasoned flour coat must make it so flavorful and crispy. Cooking it in a commercial deep fryer for that perfect crunch is genius. Pairing it with a spicy mushroom stir fry using leftover black fungus is such a creative and tasty idea.
