Pasta with Béchamel – The Best Way (No Eggs or Expensive Cheese!)

Ingredients:

- 1 bag of penne pasta (cooked)

- 500g ground beef

- 1 onion (finely chopped)

- Salt & black pepper

- 2 tbsp ghee (or butter)

For the Béchamel Sauce:*

- 1 liter milk

- 4 tbsp flour

- 1 tbsp cream **or** 2 processed cheese triangles

- Salt & black pepper

- 1 tbsp butter or ghee

Instructions:

1. Cook the Meat:*

- Heat the ghee in a pan, then add the chopped onion and sauté until golden.

- Add the ground beef and stir-fry until fully cooked.

- Season with salt and pepper. **No tomato sauce needed—trust me, the flavor is amazing without it!**

2. Make the Béchamel (Easy & Smooth!):

- In a blender, mix the milk, flour, and cream (or cheese triangles) until smooth.

- Melt the butter in a pot, then pour in the blended mixture while stirring.

- Keep stirring on medium heat until thickened. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

3. Assemble & Bake:

- Mix a little béchamel with the cooked pasta.

- In a baking dish, layer:

- Half the pasta

- All the cooked ground beef

- The remaining pasta

- The rest of the béchamel on top

- Bake uncovered until golden (no need to brush with egg or extra cheese—it turns out perfect!).
