Street Food BBQ - Something Different
Street Food BBQ Rakovica, Croatia. It is a 15 minutes drive from Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 1.
I found an InterSlavic (Medžuslovjansky) translator online. Not sure how accurate it is, but it is an interesting experiment, i will be translating some of the future posts, just to see how it goes.
Street Food BBQ Rakovica, Hrvatija. To je 15 minut jazdy od Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 1.
I usually don't do this, it could be that it was the first time i took a photo of my food :)
But i got there just as they were opening, there was no one there. And the place looks interesting. Food also looks great and tastes the same.
Jedivo takože jest odlično i imaje jednakų vkųs.
I can't say it is anything special, nothing crazy, but for some reason it feels cozy and pleasant.
The guy working there (maybe the owner) was also cool. We had a pleasant conversation about the place, and bunch of other topics. And it didn't feel fake like it does sometimes in restaurants.
Mųž, ktory tu råbotaje, takože byl prijemny. My jesmo imali prijętny razgovor o tom kraju i mnogo drugyh tem.
I am not that great in descriptions, lack of ability to write descriptively. Maybe lack of reading that kind of books. I remember high school literature and managing to get to 30 pages of Honoré de Balzac's Père Goriot and giving up as he was still describing the building interior :)
Ja pamęt licealnu literaturu i uspěhajų dostigati 30 stranek Pěra Goriota od Honoré de Balzaca i odpušćati, kako on je byl vsegda opisati interier budynka :)
This kinda make no sense for me thanslated, maybe for some other slavic speaker will sound normal :)
They also have Craft Beer. As it says first craft brewery in Karlovac. You can buy it in only 23 places across Croatia.
Oni takože imajųt rųkovodno pivo. Kako piše, prva rųkovodna pivovarnja v Karlovaču. Možete kupiti tuto v samo 23 barov v cělovoj Hrvatskoj.
Oh yea, there is food also :). I was extra hungry so i ordered a big Ćevapi. The serving looks nice. The taste was great. One of the important things for me when talking about BBQ is also the "bread" (right after the meat :) ). And bread was also delicious.
I noticed they serve Ćevapi with Ajvar in most places i been in Croatia. We do it with Kajmak (kinda clotted cream cheese).
My dělajemo to s Kajmakom.
When the weather is not so great you can sit inside. The interesting thing there is a "live wall". It's been there for several years, still living :)
On je tu už několik lět, živy i dalje
