Well to be honest I am only doing 12 a day for month of January 😃. Kinda a new year start thing. The real organic strait from farm eggs where I can see the chickens laying them are all I eat so 12 a day is almost a third my monthly bitcoin buy dollar wise so I’m switch back to 4-6 a day feb 1st. 🍳
Eggs are super good! I am doing first 90 day off year strict diet, keto only so basically eggs & beef and some supplements. I’ll add vegetables and fruit back April 1st. But I’m quitting fake sugar processed food for good I think. Including fake flour which is just as toxic as fake sugar.
