Havana, located at 105 South Main Street in New Hope, Pennsylvania, has become a mecca for great tribute bands. Xtreme Queen proved that to me last month. The way they handle their ticket sales and situate their tables in front of the stage is top notch. However, I highly recommend showing up for your show hungry and ordering off the menu.

My last visit there I ordered the very tasty Chicken Marsala. This dish was a chicken smothered in mushrooms and onions laying in a marsala sauce. On the side, I had their Mashed Potatoes, which you could tell was made fresh and not out of a box. In addition, my vegetable of choice was the edamame. These soybeans in pods were introduced to me by my better half and I loved them ever since. The pods were covered with the perfect amount of salt, which enhances the taste as the soybeans are bitten out of the pod. If the rest of the menu tastes anywhere near this culinary wonder, there is no need to eat before the show!
