One of the health related sayings that gets me wondering if it's true is "An Apple a day, keeps the doctors away".
Whereas this post is not about Apples, the scenario depicted by that saying will be tested here too.
This is about two different leaves known as Ugha and Uziza in hubby's dialect. Although they're both green plants, legend has it that they may not be entirely safe in some cases. Especially during pregnancy, where it is believed that they can induce abortion if taken during the early stages of the pregnancy.
The reason for such believe is still a myth to many because of enough research to back it up.
