In recent times, there has been some unusual trend in the social media space around me, where what would have been a cause for concern has turned to some sort of fun video making.
For one thing, the videos were equally funny to me to an extent until this morning 😔. Due to stomach issues, I saw myself awake earlier than usual. After several attempts to get back to sleep without success, I decided to go and prepare some porridge yam for my Sonshine's lunch.
A cut across the yam revealed this 'Chocolate' vibes and honestly it wasn't funny. Seeing subsequent cuts with this chocolate showing more and more simply broke my heart because I knew it wasn't chocolate 😭.
Being an Agribusiness person, I felt a bit cheated of the funds used in buying it. On a second thought, my mind went to the trend and couldn't help but wonder if it was the effect of climate change or as some rumours around me will have it, that it's GMOs. Whatever it is, I simply want my full yam back.
