Hello beautiful people! Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Let me share some of my favorite dishes that I love to eat whenever I’m feeling sad or happy. I am not an expert, but I will try to give feedback and a simple critique of every food I try. I will also introduce some restaurants here in the Philippines.
Pizza kid At Umali Subdivision, Agapita, Los Banos

Yesterday, my friend John told us about a fast-food restaurant that recently became famous because of their peach mango pizza. The name of the restaurant is Pizza Kid, which is known for its affordable artisan pizzas. Recently, a vlogger visited the place and it quickly became popular. The restaurant originally started in Bukidnon, Mindanao, Philippines, and has expanded to Cagayan de Oro, Digos City, and Los Baños, Laguna. Let me introduce the four pizza flavors: spinach, shrimp garlic, meaty lover, and peach mango. Each flavor was remarkable. The crust was soft, the cheese was not too salty, and everything was well balanced. We also ordered seafood pasta aglio olio. If you visit the Philippines, you must try this dish. It will not disappoint you.
Classic Savory located at SM City Calamba. 1st Floor
This restaurant serves a combination of Filipino and Chinese cuisine. Their signature dish is Savory Chicken, which is known for its unique and delicious flavor.
The restaurant started as a small food chain in Quiapo and has been serving Filipino families for many years.
They offer a combo set for about $10 that is good for two people. The combo includes Savory Chicken, fish fillet, pancit, and for dessert, two slices of fried banana. There are also other combos that include lumpia shanghai, soups, and different noodle dishes.
I must say that this restaurant offers playful flavors, and the taste is quite interesting. The chicken was soft and cooked at the right temperature, making it tender and flavorful.
Ramen Kuroda,
another dining option, can be found on the second floor of SM City Calamba.
Drawing its inspiration from Japanese culinary traditions, the restaurant's goal is to offer genuine ramen to Filipino patrons, all while keeping it budget-friendly.
If you love noodles, I can definitely recommend this place. Their customizable combo meals showcase their distinctive pork broths: Kuro, with its garlic kick; Aka, for those who crave spice; and Shiro, a creamy delight. You can also add sides to your ramen, including gyoza, chicken karaage, or rice bowls like chashu or gyudon. They also offer special bundles that include ramen with halo-halo or tempura. I ordered the spicy Kuro ramen with chicken karaage and rice. The combination was simply delightful, a true pleasure to experience, thanks to its deep flavor and enticing aroma. The dish gives a sense of happiness and satisfaction. The soup was perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were well prepared.
Fred’s Grill
Located at Agapita, Los Banos, Laguna
After church my friend and I were hungry, we look a restaurant can serve us food right away with no waiting time. We ordered chicken feet part, it was simply but delicious. The chicken was marinated with ketchup, soy sauce and others condiments. They offered unli rice and free soup. I ordered pakbet vegetables with eggplant, okra, squash, string beans, bitterguard and shrimp paste. When you are hungry whatever you it seems delicious. The is restaurant offered a lot of Filipino dishes like chicken adobo, Pork sinigang etc., if you come here in the Philippines. The price is only $3. The quantity it will make you full.
Eat Sumo Teri
Haus
2nd & 3rd Floor, Ankers Bldg. (near Crazy Baboy), Los Baños, Laguna.
This is a Japanese restaurant. If you are on a tight budget, this place is very budget-friendly. My favorite here is the Kani salad — mixed vegetables with mango and mayonnaise on top. I also love the tempura, chicken teriyaki, and the four sushi rolls served with wasabi on the side. This place is highly recommendable. I like the crew because they are very accommodating. The quantity and quality of the food will not disappoint you.
Part 2 will be my favorite dessert and drinks.
Thank you for tuning in!
