Do you like vegetable pies? Me - yes!
And do you know what pies does my son like the most?
Also cabbage:))
I amn't a great friend of dough, but sometimes I try to do something with it.
This recipe was rather easy for me, and I decided to try.
Dough:
- 100ml plant oil (I used avocado one)
- 100 ml warm water
- 250 g of flour (I had a whole-wheat one so it's brown, not white)
salt
Filling:
- cabbage
- green beans
- onion
- oil
salt, spices
At first I stewed my cabbage with onions and green beans.
It took about 15 min.
Then it was time for dough.
Just add water and oil into the flour and make it.
I was happy it was that type of dough that didn't stick to hands and the table;)
30 min for dough to rest.
Then we made a think layer of it.
I was afraid filling would too heavy for it so I made a rather think one layer, butin fact, it can be twice thinner.
we make 2 layers - the lower one and the top to cover the filling.
20 min in the oven.
Ready!
it was fast and easy!
