Happy Saturday!
Tomorrow is volunteer at the hospital day again. This time I will be alone. Here is crossing fingers I will do well. When I'm nervous, I got twist tongue and would embarrass myself 🤣😅🤣😅
It's not raining, yet, for now. I woke up super early to officiate some pumpkins in the greenhouse. Yep, got my license to marry them from the garden fairy registration inc. 😁
Here is hoping today would be gardening day 🙏
For today's recipe, it's a fluffy scone recipe from Hungary

In a large bowl, mash potatoes, then mix in flour and salt
Make a well in center and pour in yeast and oil, knead

Roll flat dough and brush lightly with unsalted butter then fold into an envelope, let rest for 10 mins
Roll flat dough again, and brush light with unsalted butter, then fold again. Let rest for 10 mins
Roll flat dough again and cut with circle cookie cutter
Brush top with beaten egg and bake on 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden
