Fried Wonton

in #food3 days ago

Hi Friends!

Another hot day here. Supposedly 10 days it will be like this. So about 4-5 more days to go. My tomatoes are loving the heat, lots are ripening nicely. Here is hoping for lots of produce still, from the greenhouse. Last stretch of Summer. I know I have 4 pumpkins, 3 cucumbers, and 3 zucchinis growing big, bazillion cherry tomatoes, while ghost peppers, bird eye chilies and Hungarian wax peppers are popping up here and there, so yep, crossing fingers for more produce 😍

How is the weather on your end, by the way?

For today's recipe, can be served as snacks, to accompany meatballs soup, for side dish, etc 😊
