Good Morning!
Been seeing posts of a fox wondering around the neighborhood and one of my cats just cant stay still at home. Unless it's heavy snow, it's super cold, nothing is stopping him from bolting out the door. We always have to be extra careful when we need to open the door, as that cat of mine is faster and smarter 😅
Any scary wildlife nearby you?
Deer is cute, but can kick. Moose? Looks awesome, but do stay away. These two often seen in town, and occasionally even black bear 😵💫 Fox on the other hand, whenever it's close to Winter it seems, that we would hear news often, of fox snatching cat(s). Meh.
Anyhoo! Recipe time, and it's 🍪 😊
2 c flour
1 tsp Bsoda
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 handful golden raisins
1 large handful semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 c peanut oil
1 c pure cane brown sugar
1 cap vanilla essence
1 cap orange blossom water
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix wet ingredients in food processor, then pour into dry ingredients, mix well
Drop cookie batter by a dollop, bake forn8-13 minutes
Cool on rack and enjoy 😍
