Happy Monday!
It's foggy here, been foggy since 6 AM, had to turn on my light driving boys to and from school. Rain stopped falling yesterday, just before noon, then the sun was super warm, wetness gone. My husband managed to cut the grass in fact. Supposedly later late afternoon, it will rain again. I guess that's why it's foggy, after cold, then sunny, usually fog will appear.
How's the weather on your end?
I feel like watching Sleepy Hollow due to the thick fog 😁
For today's recipe share, it's not just easy to prepare and cook, but it's also ready in a jiffy, and my household likes it 😍
3 cans peas
3 cans green beans
1 bag beef sausage
1 box (900ml) beef broth
2 tbsp ghee
1 small onion
5 garlic
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
Enough water
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
White pepper powder a pinch
Drain and give peas and green beans a quick rinse, set aside
Thinly slice garlic and onion, then saute them in ghee for a minute or two
Stir in rinsed canned veggies, cook for a minute or two on medium heat, then pour in broth, bring to boil
Meanwhile, slice sausage and set to side
Mix flour and sweet paprika powder in enough water, shouldn't be too thick nor too runny
Once veggies boiling, add in sliced sausage and bring back to boil
Quickly pour in flour mixture to thicken veggies, and season
Serve immediately
Enjoy!
