Monday again, eewww, blah, meh 🤣 Why, God, whyyyyyy 🤣 Seriously, 3 days weekend, would be sweet. Come on, Canada 🤣
I wanted to sleep in more, but couldn't, because Monday, meh 😅 Adulting is haaaarrddd....at least for an lazy adult like me 😁
For today's recipe, I have a stir fry that I often prepare at home as it is my husband's favorite, of shrimps and stinky beans 😁

2 tbsp peanut oil (I may have said sauce on the vlog 🫣)
1 onion
3 bird eye chilies
1 tsp minced garlic
2 bags of stinky beans (sator/petai)
1 large bag of shrimps
1 bag of kale, remove the stems
Chicken bouillon powder
Slice thinly onion, and cut the chilies
Heat oil, and saute onion, minced garlic, chilies and stinky beans, until fragrant


Stir in rinse kale leaves, cook for a minute, then add in rinsed shrimps. Stir fry until shrimps turning pink

Season with chicken bouillon powder and serve freshly cooked
