Mocha Grass Jelly Drink

Happy Tuesday, Guys!

So sunny outside, so lovely. Sun was already so bright even at 5.30ish AM Just so lovely. Feels like we are getting early Summer, although I read news this morning how the other parts of Canada are snowing still 😁 I feel giddy! Is this what it feels like if no Winter in April???!!! Nice 😁

For today's recipe share, I prepared it when it was still Ramadab, but only now that I had the time to post it up, just so you know. I might use hashtags that are out of date 🤣

Simple to make, refreshing, and just perfect should you like coffee, mocha, flavor. That being said, no exact measurement, as it is how strong and how sweet you like your drink to be 😊

1 can grass jelly
1 bottle mocha syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 L almond milk (or other milk, but not coconut milk - coconut milk beverage might work, if you like the flavor)
Water as needed
Ice cubes as needed

Drain and rinse grass jelly, cut into small cubes

In a serving jug, per serving (again, as strong as you like, as sweet as you want):

Place enough grass jelly, then adding 1-2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk. Pour in at least 2 caps of mocha syrup, followed with 1/4 c milk more or so, then enough water, stir. If you like to, add more milk than water or whole milk and no water

Add in ice cubes, stir again, and serve immediately

Easy peasy but satisfying. Enjoy! 😍
