Pasta and Patties Dinner

in #food3 days ago

Good Morning,

It's a meh morning, super cloudy and just a total meh, like meeeeeh 😩 I truly feel that I have no energy or the will to do anything whenever it's gloomy outside. It feels like it's sending signal to my body to be blah. I'd feel I have no power, not fully up, and just overall sad, or depressed. What the actual fudgey brownies, right. See, this is why I am so in need of vitamin D overload 🧐😅🤔

Anyhoo!

Another easy dinner recipe to share today 😊

1/4 c breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
700 g lean ground beef
1 egg
450 g elbow macaroni
3 garlic
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
2 cans sweet peas
3 cans of water
1-2 cans additional water (watch the vlog)
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Sweet paprika powder
Mushroom granules or MSG, if you like
1/2 c sliced coriander

In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs , crushed chives, chicken bouillon powder, onion powder, and garlic powder, with the beef and the egg, shape into patties

Place patties on a pan. I lined my pan with aluminum foil which then I grease lightly with peanut oil.

Bake patties until cooked through on preheated 350 F

Meanwhile, prepare the pasta, by boiling them in salted water

While pasta is boiling, slice garlic and fresh coriander separately

Place garlic into a pan, and pour in condensed soup and water, bring to boil, then add in cooked drained pasta, stir to combine, season

Bring back to boil then add more water if wanted (watch the vlog), and lastly stir in sliced coriander, and cook for another 5 mins

Serve pasta with the patties and enjoy 😊
