Hello!
Tuesday already 😊 Not long to go til fasting month is over, then party time 🥳 I can't wait. Not that I don't stuff my face whenever I break my fast (hence I don't lose weight eventho fasting for longer hours that what I was accustomed to growing up in Indonesia, as I'd overload myself with tons of sweets 🤣), but I just can't wait for party 2 days straight, food, food, food 😁🤣😁🤣
For today's recipe, it's a savory rolled crepes, called Sosis Solo. Solo has quite a few meaning in Indonesia, one being alone, other being single, but also, there's a nice city in Central Java that is called Solo. Now idk if Sosis Solo is originally from that city tho. Many known foods from Solo, are called "something" Solo. So Sosis Solo, is perhaps indeed from Solo 😁 Funny is, I've known this crepes since I was young again, and yet, I don't know the origin. Maybe I should ask Mr. Google 😁
Anyhoo!
