Since I collected a lot of blueberries with my father in September, I freezed some of them and made some blueberry pancakes from some of the blueberries that I collected. I looked for an recipe online and tried to remember everything my grandmother taught me about blueberry pancakes and I made some for me to eat today and probably tomorrow. Depending on how much I will eat today but I am sure there will still be something left for tomorrow even though they really taste very good and I cannot resist to eat till I am full. :-) 😂
Blueberry Pancakes are a really nice and delicous food. And it brings up some childhood memories since my grandmother always made them for my grandfather, me and my brother.
