Buenas noches amigos,aquí comparto con ustedes una pizza que realice ayer sin pensarlo,resulta que hice a mi nieta unos tequeños y me quedo un poco de la masa ,la guarde en la nevera ,luego al rato la saqué y coloque en un plato y tape con una bolsa plástica.
En la tarde hice la comida ,pero no tenía así tanta hambre entonces me acordé del poquito de masa y en la sartén la coloqué y fui extendiendo del tamaño del fondo de la sartén,le coloqué salsa de tomate,jamón rallado y queso también rayado,no tenía orégano ni más que añadir Pero la quería así de sencilla.
Llevé la sartén al fuego y la tape un rato más o menos menos de 5 minutos y ya estaba derretido el queso y lista la pizza individual,a pesar de todo me quedó muy sabrosa y fácil su elaboración,en lo que pueda haré varias para comer todos pero con más ingredientes como maíz pimentón,cebolla,chorizo ,algo especial.

In the afternoon I made the meal but I wasn't that hungry so I remembered the little bit of dough and I put it in the pan and I spread it to the size of the bottom of the pan, I put tomato sauce, grated ham and grated cheese, I didn't have oregano or anything else to add but I wanted it that simple.
I put the pan on the fire and covered it for a while more or less than 5 minutes and the cheese was already melted and the individual pizza was ready, despite everything it was very tasty and easy to make, as soon as I can I will make several for everyone to eat but with more ingredients like corn, paprika, onion, chorizo, something special.
