This looks delicious, man. Starting a diet and eating healthy isn't hard. The hard part is sticking with it. I try to eat healthy a few times a week, but giving up certain things is really tough. Like French fries 😂
I think activity is even more important than what we eat. I try to walk at least 5k steps a day. Back then, it was around 1,000 steps, and I still stay home some days, but most days I manage 5k steps.
