Hello all of my foodie friends! Welcome to my today's blog. Today, i will share with you a delicious and mind blowing pakora recipe which is made by me.

You might be thinking that what's the point of cooking food with unusable means more usable...huh, the real twist is here, because the middle part of the jackfruit which is so hard used to be thrown away in our house but later when I converted it into a delicious dish, no one realized that I was actually feeding them the thrown away part😄😄😄. So I thought I would share the recipe with you today which took me very less time to make and you can easily make it with all the ingredients available at home. The complete process of making pakoras and its required ingredients are given below---
Necessary Ingredients
Jackfruit cubes -----One cup
Flour ------4 tablespoons
2 chopped onions -----2 Tablespoon
Garlic paste ----- 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste ------- 1 teaspoon
Jeera paste ------ 1 teaspoon
Salt ------ 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder ----- ½ tablespoon
Turmeric powder ----1 tablespoon
Chopped green chili --- 1 tablespoon

You can use the amount of salt, salt and turmeric according to your taste.
Preparation method
First, I mixed the jackfruit cubes with turmeric salt in a bowl and kneaded them well, then I used a little water and put them on the stove to boil.

After the jackfruit cubes were boiled, I blended them well in a blender.

After blending them well, I mixed the jackfruit cubes with all the ingredients including flour, onion powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder, raw turmeric powder and other ingredients and left them to rest for a while. No extra water is needed here because the jackfruit cubes become soft enough after boiling.

After about 5 minutes, I made pakora shapes from the mixture with my hands and left them to fry in hot oil.

First, fry one side well and then fry the other side and when they turn dark brown, remove the pakoras from the stove.

This way, beautiful pakoras will be made which are very crispy on the top but soft enough on the inside. My whole family enjoyed it very much and praised it a lot. They could not have imagined that such a beautiful dish could be made from the part of the jackfruit that they had been throwing away for so long, considering it an unusable part. That's all for today. I will come back to you with another delicious recipe next time. May everyone be well and healthy. Happy Eid to everyone!
