Con el maíz, se puede presentar en platillos de diferentes maneras, arepas, pan, palomitas, cereal, bollitos...pero mi presentación favorita son las cachapas 😍, no se imaginan el amor que le tengo a las cachapas. Me encanta su sabor, no me cansaría de comerlas, en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes cuando fui a "Villachapa" en Playa el Angel, especializados en hacer cachapas 👌🏻✨.

Desde que llegamos el menú se basaba absolutamente en cachapas, como sugerencia de mí novio me recomendó probar algo diferente, la cachapa con cochino frito. Mientras conversábamos un poco tomando algo esperando el plato esperado...

La espera fue entre 8 y 10 minutos, algo de tiempo ya que moría de hambre, a primera vista el cochino me pareció muy poquito, se veia una porción diminuta a comparación con la cachapa. Sin embargo, para mí el atractivo principal es la cachapa, con una buena porción de queso.
The wait was between 8 and 10 minutes, a bit long since I was dying of hunger, at first glance the pork seemed very little to me, it looked like a tiny portion compared to the cachapa. However, for me the main attraction is the cachapa, with a good portion of cheese.
Ya luego de probar el platillo, me llevé un par de sorpresas...una de ellas no me gusta el cochino, pensé que podía introducirlo en mi plato pero realmente no lo pude tolerar, notaba exceso de grasa, se que es cochino frito pero, en serio era excesivo por lo que no encontraba sabor a la carne. Por otro lado la cachapa 😍👌🏻, excelente no puedo decir nada aparte de que estaba como dice la ley, deliciosa.
After trying the dish, I had a couple of surprises...one of them I don't like pork, I thought I could add it to my plate but I really couldn't tolerate it, I noticed excess fat, I know it's fried pork but Seriously, it was excessive so I couldn't find any flavor in the meat. On the other hand, the cachapa 😍👌🏻, excellent, I can't say anything other than that it was as the law says, delicious.

El lugar me pareció precioso, lleno de césped, y el ambiente muy relajado, contaba con dos ambientes, sin embargo siempre prefiero sentarme al aire libre. De verdad, me encantó el lugar, la cachapa y la compañía...el cochino estuvo demás, jajaja.
I found the place beautiful, full of grass, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, it had two rooms, however I always prefer to sit outdoors. I really loved the place, the cachapa and the company...the pork was too much, hahaha.
Lamentablemente cerro el lugar, asi que pronto les dire donde pueden encontrar un lugar similar!!
