Layered Pineapple Bliss

Today I'm going to make a delicious dessert that's sweet and mouth watering.This dessert requires a few ingredients but trust me it when I make this everyone at home loves it and asks me to make it again and again.
To make this you'll need 1 kg milk.First boil the milk and when it starts boiling add 8 tablespoons of sugar.Mix it well until the sugar dissolves.Now take half a cup of cold milk and mix 4 tablespoons of custard powder in it.Add this mixture to the boiling milk stirring continuously until it thickens to your desired consistency.Remove from heat and let it cool.
Divide the custard into two parts.Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one part and mix well until smooth.Add a bit of sugar to balance the flavor.Now in a bowl create a layer of crushed biscuits (Marie biscuits or tea cakes work well).Sprinkle some pineapple juice on it.Add a layer of custard followed by cream and some pineapple chunks.Now add the chocolate flavored custard with cocoa powder.Repeat the layers.

For the final touch make jelly you can use store bought or homemade and cut it into pieces.Use it to decorate the top.Add some cream and grated chocolate for a nice presentation.

Refrigerator for 1-2 hours in winter or overnight in summer.Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious dessert.
