This time I decided not to buy protein powder again, and instead buy "real food" and try my best to get the desires protein in take from natural sources.

This is 250gm of chicken fillet and 3 eggs with onions, it's a fast, healthy meal that didn't take me longer than 10 minutes to prepare.

It's really challenging to get the amount of protein you needed while keeping the calories as low as possible. I've gained a lot of weight lately and I'm trying to eat less carbohydrates, cut sugar, drink more water, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I was doing a slightly dirty bulk which really helped me gain weight as I wanted, but also it caused me a fat belly now, and it's time to find a more balanced diet.
