In our region, this potato is called a Goj potato.This potato is so big it looks incredible.I used to collect a lot of these potatoes from the ground when I was a child, but they are no longer available like they used to be.Currently, the demand for these potatoes is very high.Its price is very high due to high demand.Because this potato recipe is so fun and delicious.
However I did not buy these potatoes from the market because we had these potato plants in our village house.The most incredible thing is that this is a potato plant that can grow potatoes even under the roots of trees and grow potatoes on top of trees.The potato that grows underground is called a (Goj Potato or Myetta Potatoes), and the one that grows on a tree is called a Saheb potato.
The names are very interesting.However the demand for underground garden potatoes is very high and it is the most delicious to eat.The potato looks like a jungle.The potato that you see in the picture like a jungle is called a Goj potato.

Today I made this potato recipe with big fish, meaning I cooked it.I cooked this Goj potatoes with the big fish and added the necessary spices.I fried the fish first and then cooked it with potatoes.You can cook it just like a regular curry with the necessary spices or ingredients.
