Nowadays, there are many types of fruits available in the market, but most of them are medicated or ripened using chemicals.However this olive is completely natural and does not contain any chemicals or toxic drugs.It is marketed directly from the tree.It is completely natural so it is safe for the human body.
And I won't be making olive pickles this olive season.This olive season, you must make olive pickles because homemade olive pickles are very delicious and healthy.

Let me share how I made this olives pickles 🫒.

First I bought olives from the market.After purchasing the olives, I washed them thoroughly and boiled them.

After boiling it, I mashed it with sugar.Yes, you definitely need more sugar here.I added 1.5 kg of sugar to 2 kg of olives.

After mashing it well, I will cook it for a long time with the help of mild chili powder, turmeric powder, oil, and salt.

It will change color as it cooks and you will be able to tell.




I added more roasted dried chili powder in the middle of cooking.



Here I have also added a spice packet which contains 5 types of spices.The name of the spice is Panchphodan.

Panchphodan is used to prepare incredible and delicious recipes of the Bengali nation.


After adding the dried chilies and Panchphodan, I will cook it for a while longer and it will gradually change color.


Then my olive pickle is complete and has an original color and is completely natural.It is very delicious to eat and it is healthy.You can try this at home.
