I didn't understand one thing - is the meat in one piece or cut into small pieces? I assume that the meat was cut.

And more. "2 vasos de vino tinto" - how much is it in ml?

It's called " macinato" it's kind of minced meat that no need to be cutted in pieces if you made Ragu, the two glasses of wine are almost 500 ml I suppose I usually use two kitchen glasses.
