These days my daily routine is very hard. My timetable is strict because I have a lot of work and I also do 2 shift work. Since the winter camp has started I go to the office at around 9:00 AM and return home at 2:00 PM.
After resting for two hours I leave home again at 4:30 PM and go back to the same office because there is night shift work too. I came back from office night at 8:30. Students come in the evening for classes. I am responsible for data entry and I check student attendance and do many other tasks every day.
Along with this there is also construction work happening at my home. The workers arrive every morning at 8:30 AM and work until around 4PM evening. I also need to stay with them in the morning.
I help them with the construction work and sometimes I have to do household tasks like buying groceries from the general store and many other things.

These days I am doing more physical exercise. I ride bicycle, do jogging and walk more often because of the construction work. I go to the office on bicycle and this helps me stay fit and healthy. It is good exercise for my body. Its been around 1 month I left riding motorbike but sometimes car when needed.
When I came home from work I was tired because of the busy schedule and I was feeling much hungry. I asked my wife what food is ready for dinner. She told me they are going to make pakoras. Pakoras are our traditional food and I really like to eat them. They are also very common in Asian countries.
Pakoras are very simple to make and they taste great You only need a few ingredients such as flour, onions, coriander, spices and potatoes. All of these are mixed together to make this recipe.
After shaping the pakoras they are fried in a pan and about 10 minutes they are ready to eat. We usually enjoy pakoras with tea especially in the evening time. But today we decided to have them for dinner. It so yummy in winter times. Pakoras are spicy and delicious.

I also took some pictures while we were making the pakoras and while eating them with my family and my daughters. I hope you all will enjoy seeing them.
