This weekend I prepared another cheese board to share with a friend we haven't seen for more than 20 years. While I was preparing it, my daughter took these pictures that I really liked. When I saw them, I felt a great joy in my heart because they show the love I put into each of the dishes I prepare and, especially, into these boards that allow me to let my creativity fly.
For me, preparing a cheese board to share with my family is a little ritual that I always enjoy. Once again, I put all my love and dedication into this simple cheese board.
I tell you that every time I make a cheese board, I feel that, in addition to creating a beautiful and delicious option for appetizers, I am creating a special moment to share with those I love. It is a way to nourish the body, to delight the palate and to nourish, also, the spirit of my loved ones.

Este fin de semana preparé otra tabla de quesos para compartir con un amigo que no veíamos desde hace más de 20 años. Mientras la preparaba, mi hija tomó estas fotos que me gustaron mucho. Al verlas, sentí una gran alegría en el corazón porque dan cuenta del cariño que le pongo a cada uno de los platos que preparo y, especialmente, a estas tablas que me permiten echar a volar mi creatividad.
Para mí, preparar una tabla de quesos para compartir en familia es un pequeño ritual que siempre disfruto. Una vez más, le puse todo mi cariño y dedicación a esta sencilla tabla de quesos.
Les cuento que cada vez que hago una tabla de quesos, siento que, además de crear una hermosa y deliciosa opción de pasapalos, estoy creando un momento especial para compartir con quienes amo. Es una forma de alimentar el cuerpo, alegrar el paladar y alimentar, también, el espíritu de los míos.

When I create these cheese boards, I think about everyone's tastes and how I can make everyone feel special when they taste each bite. As I assemble the board, I feel like I am weaving memories and creating a space where love is transmitted in a simple way, and I enjoy seeing how the colors and textures harmonize.
On this occasion, seeing my family sharing, laughing and enjoying with a good friend, filled me with a deep joy. The evening was truly delightful and also very emotional, full of memories that filled our hearts.
Cuando creo estas tablas de queso, pienso en los gustos de cada uno y en cómo puedo hacer que todos se sientan especiales al probar cada bocado. Al armar la tabla, siento que voy tejiendo recuerdos y creando un espacio donde el amor se transmite de forma sencilla, y disfruto viendo cómo los colores y las texturas se armonizan.
En esta ocasión, ver a mi familia compartiendo, riendo y disfrutando con un buen amigo, me llenó de una alegría profunda. La velada fue realmente deliciosa y, además, muy emotiva, repleta de recuerdos que nos llenaron el corazón.
