A few days ago, in Medellín, I tasted one of the best frappuccino of my life in a café called Pergamino. From the first sip, I knew I had found something special: a perfect blend of intense coffee, creaminess and balanced sweetness, with that smooth and refreshing texture that only a good cold coffee can offer.
The ambiance of the place also enchanted me and contributed to a wonderful experience. The café has a cozy design and the unmistakable aroma of freshly ground coffee, made me feel that every detail was thought out to make the visit a real pleasure. I took my time to enjoy every sip, savoring the perfect combination of Colombian coffee and the comforting cold, the ideal relief after a day of walking in the sun.
As I sipped it, I couldn't help but think how much I wish Pergamino had a location in Bogota - it would be my go-to place when I crave a well-prepared cold brew coffee! But at the same time, that exclusivity makes it even more special, like a little hidden treasure that I can only enjoy in Medellín.
Definitely, every time I come back to this city, a stop at Pergamino Café will be a must. And in the meantime, I am left with the memory of that perfect frappuccino, which undoubtedly remains on my list of the best I have ever tasted.

Hace unos días, en Medellín, probé uno de los mejores frappuccino de mi vida en un café llamado Pergamino. Desde el primer sorbo, supe que había encontrado algo especial: una mezcla perfecta de café intenso, cremosidad y dulzura equilibrada, con esa textura suave y refrescante que solo un buen café frío puede ofrecer.
El ambiente del lugar también me encantó y contribuyó a que la experiencia fuera maravillosa. El café tiene un diseño acogedor y el aroma inconfundible a café recién molido, me hizo sentir que cada detalle estaba pensado para hacer de la visita un verdadero placer. Me tomé mi tiempo para disfrutar cada sorbo, saboreando la combinación perfecta entre el café colombiano y el frío reconfortante, el alivio ideal después de un día de paseo bajo el sol.
Mientras lo bebía, no podía evitar pensar en lo mucho que me gustaría que Pergamino tuviera una sede en Bogotá. Sería mi lugar de referencia para cuando anhelo un café frío bien preparado. Pero al mismo tiempo, esa exclusividad lo hace aún más especial, como un pequeño tesoro escondido que solo puedo disfrutar en Medellín.
Definitivamente, cada vez que vuelva a esta ciudad, una parada en Pergamino Café será obligatoria. Y mientras tanto, me queda el recuerdo de ese frappuccino perfecto, que sin duda sigue en mi lista de los mejores que he probado.
