Hellooo~~ I think it may be my first time posting here but I did something fun recently! I just purchased my first air fryer and me being me, I went ahead and gave it a try as soon as I could XD And for the first attempt, me and my sisters agreed to try lasagna!

This is when we were on the assembly phase so we prepared a bechemel sauce and also the meat sauce
For the bechemel sauce we used:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
leftover pecorino we had and a bit of quick melt cheese
1 cup of milk then the rest of the liquid, we just used water until it had that thick consistency we like.
Sometimes we add nutmeg but we ran out of nutmeg so no nutmeg XD
we did add parsley tho because we like parsley
For the meat sauce we used:
1 bulb of onion, minced
3 cloves of garlic, mnced
2 bell peppers, cubed
1/2 kg ground pork because we were using fridge leftover XD
tomato sauce pouch. I am not sure how much that was but it did get us through 2 pans XD
Then after all that cooking on the stove, we assembled them in the pans


and we actually managed to make 2! with a lot of leftover pasta which we eventually ate with the leftover meat sauce because the meat sauce was just so good XD


Then baking time! We set this at 180 deg C for 20 minutes on the airfryer setting


For the taste test, mom said we forgot mushrooms but otherwise, we are doing this gain when the craving arises XD
For now, we're writing down all the recipes that work for us and the airfryer setting that works best for it. So far we only have this recipe ^^ we do plan to make banana bread maybe on Sunday then pretzels and muffins then eventually more complicated food. We were also looking into trying to roast a chicken here but rn I think we're just being excited because we've always wanted to try baking and now we finally can!
Welp, this is my kitchen log for the day! Hopefully the next kitchen entry will be a lot more detailed and planned because we just did this out of pure excitement that we just forgot to document things XD
