Greetings to everyone in @hivefood community, its Monday wish you all a great week ahead, welcome to my blog once again.

Cooking is not really something I love doing often but I don't really like eating out and I as well love eating healthy food, the ingredients determines if a food is healthy or not.

Sometimes, I feel like making something different from my usual food, and today, I decided to make Nigerian Jellof spaghetti with dried pork meat, its very easy to make and doesn't require much ingredients, so come check out how i prepared my Nigerian Jellof spaghetti with pork.

  • Shredded dried pork
  • 1 ball of onions
  • 3 Bonga fish

Watch me as I prepare my ingredients

When my spaghetti is ready I seived it out from the water to avoid it getting more softer.

After preparing all my ingredients and getting them well washed, I quickly move to cook by adding oil to the dry pot, adding my sliced onions, and allowing it to fry.
I allowed it to fry for 3 minutes, and then I added the shredded pork and the washed fish and allowed it to fry a little bit.
After about 3 minutes, I added half a cup of water, added the pepper and salt for taste, and allowed it to cook for five minutes.

I checked it the sauce was ready, I added it little by little to avoid the spaghetti from having much water.

I stirred it very well and allowed it to simmer, then I tasted to see if it needed more salt but it was very tasteful.
After 3 minutes, my Nigerian Jellof spaghetti is ready, I enjoyed with a cup of beverage.

Your meal looks so delicious. I've never tasted tried pork, I'm sure it gave the dish a unique taste

Making variations in everyday meals is a way of not tiring the palate, and noodles give us the opportunity to eat them with different accompaniments, and it will always be a different meal.
