Relationship goals change according to the region. Around here, having a nice Sunday watching movies and series needs a fitting end. That would mean going to grab a bite at a place. There is where the change comes to play. In Venezuela, there is this thing of going for fast food at the end of the day. To be more specific, it is a fitting end for a Sunday going for hot dogs.
For a long time, @octocel had been telling me about going for some fast food. Yes, we have had some burgers at a joint. But I know she did not mean that kind. The idea is going to any establishment or truck that is authentic street fast food. In Venezuela, that is all about the size of the food and the cheap price. Fast food is comforting, but it is also filling. The idea is to get full as fast as possible.
And these hot dogs deliver in its promise. They are from the place near my house. The other option was moving downtown and during a Sunday at that time, getting transportation anywhere is a problem in a city like this.
We went and had two hot dogs each and a soda. The hot dogs came with classic toppings for street ones. That is fries, salad, sauces and white cheese. The top tier ones usually have yellow cheese of top of everything. Eating hot dogs is a more about keeping the toppings on top of the thing as it is about eating everything. It is a balancing act. And it is also a funny thing to do as it will spark some debates and laughter about who eats making the bigger mess.
My advice is not skipping this part of the relationship!
