- Carne, 2 piezas.
- Tomate, 1.
- Cebolla, 1.
- Papas, 2.
- Zanahoria, 1.
- Aceite, 4 cucharadas.
- Pasta de tomate, 5 cucharadas.
- Sal, pimienta negra, salsa inglesa (al gusto)
Ingredients
- Meat, 2 pieces.

- Potatoes, 2.
- Carrot, 1.
- Oil, 4 tablespoons.
- Tomato paste, 5 tablespoons.
- Salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Inicio sazonando la carne con sal, pimienta negra y salsa inglesa. Reservo.
I start by seasoning the meat with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. I set it aside.
Seguidamente cortamos tomate y cebolla en juliana.
Next, julienne the tomato and onion.
Seguimos picando zanahoria y papas en rodajas, entonces en una bandeja añadimos carne juntos con: cebolla, tomate, zanahoria,papas, luego echamos aceite y sal.

Luego metemos al horno / Then we put it in the oven.
Después de 15 minutos en el horno sacamos para agregar pasta de tomate para darle color y mas sabor.
Luego continuamos horneando por 20 minutos mas, después de este tiempo nuestro almuerzo estará listo.
