Hola Chicos! me complace estar aquí nuevamente con ustedes; espero se encuentren bien; así como yo me encuentro hoy; aquí les traigo unas fotografías de unas deliciosas hallacas que me comí; aun estando en el mes de Octubre; con esto quiero poner en contexto a las personas que no son venezolanas ya que las hallacas es un plato típico Venezolana que elaboramos en el mes de Diciembre para comer durante este mes y especialmente para comer con familiares y amigos en navidad y ano nuevo; esta es nuestra tradición; entonces chicos resulta que fui a visitar un hermano y este fin de semana hicieron hallacas y me dieron de cena para que las probaras; para ser sincera quedaron muy sabrosas sus hallacas. Quede sorprendida porque no me imaginaba que de cena me darían hallacas; bueno mi hermano y su esposa me contaron que les provoco hacer y comer hallacas también destacaron que en el mes de Diciembre volverán hacerlas.
Las hallacas se realiza con harina de maíz, un delicioso guiso de carne y cochino, el guiso lleva otros ingredientes y cuando se arma la hallaca se van colocando otros ingredientes, como papa, cebolla, pasas entre otros; se envuelve en hojas de la mata de plátano y luego se sancocha y quedan listas para comer. Fue un placer comerme una hallaca en el mes de octubre. GRACIAS POR LEER.

I am pleased to be here again with you; I hope you are well; just as I am today; here I bring you some pictures of some delicious hallacas that I ate; even being in the month of October; with this I want to put in context to people who are not Venezuelan because the hallacas is a typical Venezuelan dish that we make in the month of December to eat during this month and especially to eat with family and friends at Christmas and New Year; this is our tradition; then guys I went to visit a brother and this weekend they made hallacas and gave me dinner for you to try them; to be honest they were very tasty hallacas. I was surprised because I did not imagine that they would give me hallacas for dinner; well my brother and his wife told me that it made them make and eat hallacas and they also emphasized that in the month of December they will make them again.
