En nuestro viaje a Caracas; con motivo de entretenimiento; ya que íbamos a un evento motero (Caracas Bikers Music) llegamos al apartamento de mi cuñado; el viaje estuvo tranquilo, sin novedad que reportar; total pasamos el fin de semana en Caracas compartiendo entre familia y amigos. Entonces Rafael nos hizo una potente parrilla de diversas proteínas; yo encantada; ya que amo comer proteínas.
I love eating protein 🍣🍖On our trip to Caracas for entertainment, since we were going to a biker event (Caracas Bikers Music), we arrived at my brother-in-law's apartment. The trip was uneventful, with nothing to report. We spent the weekend in Caracas enjoying time with family and friends. Rafael then made us a delicious grill with various proteins, which I loved, since I adore protein.
La parrillera es grande; abarca bastante espacio para cocinar; como estábamos en un apartamento; en la terraza del mismo; esta el área de reuniones y con acceso a una parrillera. Lo primero que comenzaron a cocinar fueron unas piezas de carne.
The grill is large; it covers a good amount of cooking space. Since we were in an apartment, the terrace is the gathering area and has access to the grill. The first thing they started cooking was some pieces of meat.
Chorizos y morcillas también estuvieron en cocción en la parrillera.

La carne estaba blanda, jugosa y deliciosa.
The meat was tender, juicy, and delicious.
Chorizo, estaba sabroso y picante. Algunos picantes y otros chorizos no.
The chorizo was tasty and spicy. Some were spicy, others weren't.
Les confieso que tenia tiempo sin comer morcilla; estaba sabrosa.
I confess it had been a while since I'd eaten black pudding; it was delicious.
Definitivamente pasamos un agradable momento parrillero entre familia y amigos.
We definitely had a great time grilling with family and friends.
