Jugosa carne a la parrilla que preparo mi amado para dos invitadas; y mas; es decir cocino para cuatro personas;todo se planifico un día anterior; estábamos de visita en casa de mi hermana y allí surgió la idea de invitarlas almorzar al apartamento donde él seria el chef. Desde luego a las mujeres les encanto esa idea, ya que es interesante cuando un caballero cocina. Pues yo estuve aprendiendo tip sobre cocinar en parrilla; la carne que se cocino se llama punta trasera y es una de las mejores; es jugosa y blanda; lo comprobamos; yo pendiente tomando fotos para mi blog de contenido y viendo que se sella la carne por ambos lados; luego se corta y adereza con sal, únicamente sal; porque cuando es este tipo de carne no necesita tantos condimentos, luego se vuelve a colocar en la parrillera; no podía faltar unos chorizos; acompañamos esta jugosa carne con ensalada, papa y chorizo. La carne quedo blanda y sabrosa; en realidad todo el almuerzo quedo sabroso. A mi me encanta cuando mi amado tiene estos detalles. GRACIAS POR LEER.
